The apartment that I stayed was the Imperio Residences, managed by The Attic Home (listed as “Attic Home Melaka Imperio Residence & Jonker” in booking.com.) This unit that I chose is RM129/night.

It is a serviced apartment, where I believe owners get an agent (which I assume to be “The Attic Home”) to post on various websites for booking. So, you can choose different units at different prices.
Am quite happy with this unit and the views from the unit. It is located on the 16th floor at Tower B.
You may also use the swimming pool at the 13th floor.
A WhatsApp message was sent to me a day before my check in, with details on the unit and how to check in.
For tower B check in, I had to go Attic Mart at tower B to collect my card key, which allows access to the lift and unit.
